I'm new to the OH lists and have a feeling I just might find someone sharing
an interest in the SPAULDING / SPALDING / SPALDEN lineage of my husband.

I know this is a long shot, but I am desparately seeking a death of Cynthia
(Sintha, Jacynthia) nee MOORE b c. 1828 married September 27, 1846 Little
Blaine Creek, Lawrence Co Kentucky to John SPAULDING both of Lawrence Co KY.

They are listed in Lawrence Co KY in the 1850 and 1860 census ... disappear
in the 1870 census.

1880 LAWRENCE COUNTY FEDERAL CENSUS
PEACH ORCHARD DISTRICT NUMBER 6 "a" John SPAULDING appears with a widow wife,
VANHOOSE and a 5 year old son born in OH.

We know John and Cynthia's children moved to Scioto Co OH and into Richardson
Co NE:

Mary J. SPAULDING married Theodore or Francis FORTNER and according the
Mary's brother's obituary of 1922 she was living in Falls City, Richardson Co NE
... cannot find death info for her ... NE Vital Records has no record.

Elizabeth SPAULDING married Henry Harris PERRY. Both are buried in Scioto Co
OH ... Elizabeth is somewhere in Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio and Henry is
in Vernon, Scioto County, Ohio. They were in Scioto Co Ohio by 1869 where her
children were born.

James Elliott SPAULDING was in Grant Precinct, Richardson Co Nebraska in
1880.

Marshall SPAULDING was in Vernon, Scioto Co Ohio in 1880.

Leander SPAULDING no further information.

Emily nee SPAULDING DUNN marries 1873 Scioto Co Ohio and is listed in 1880
Porter, Scioto Co Ohio; 1900 Nemaha Township, Richardson Co Nebraska; 1910 Grant
Township, Formoso, Jewell Co Kansas.

Lucinda nee SPAULDING HEATER is listed on the census with Emily DUNN 1880
Porter, Scioto Co. OH and June 15, 1900 Grant Township, Richardson Co Nebraska.

Ledosha nee SPAULDING STILES marries 1884 Wheelersburg, Scioto Co Ohio and is
listed June 7, 1900 Grant Township, Village of Dawson, Richardson Co Nebraska.

While searching ancestry.com I found the following and would like to know if
anyone knows how to or could find out who was living with John SPALDING listed
below:

Greatly appreciate any and all assistance I can get as I cannot seem to find
Cynthia although her father, William P MOORE, Capt. is a well honored and
decorated Civil War veteran there doesn't appear to be much regarding his
daughter.
