I need help locating a possible 2nd cousin who is believed to live in
Cleveland as late as 2001. I have an old e-mail address which doesn't
work, so I need to find his address. His name is "William F. James". If
any is living in Cleveland, and wouldn't mind looking in the white pages
for a or any "William F. James", and could send me the address and phone
number for such a person, I would be forever grateful. I live in Alabama
and have no access to Cleveland Directories. All the online white page
search sites charge fees to view addresses and phone numbers.
