How do you check for these obits. I am looking for a Joseph Howard Taggett
who died July 1978. His last social security check was sent to Cuyahoga, OH.
I assume he lived there at the time but I have been told he might not of.
Previously he lived in Lorain, OH. Could you either check and see if there
is an obit for him in the Cleveland area or explain to me how to do it.
