Much of the data is scanned in with OCR software. So names often end up
mis-spelled. I hear there is a better search engine for the index now,
but I haven't seen or tried it yet. With the old interface you could
search for "Andrew B" and get all Andrew's whose last name started with
'B'. You might need to get creative with the spelling. 'B' could also be
mistaken for an 'E' or other letter.
