John S. Weaver was born on November 22, 1817 in Rockbridge County, Virginia.
He was the son of Henry and Susanna (Winters) Weaver. He married Harriett L.
Hutchins (Darke County 1860 Census gives her name as Lavina) who was born
about 1822. They had the following children: Henry, born about 1845; Eliza,
born about 1850; Sarah A., born on November 4, 1853 and died on February 23,
1870; David A., born on February 4, 1855 and died on January 29, 1857;
Martha, born on October 25, 1857 and died on March 7, 1862. Sarah A., David
A. and Martha are buried in Gettysburg Cemetery in Adams Township, Darke
County, Ohio. Harriett, wife of John S., died in 1864 and is also buried in
Gettysburg Cemetery. Trying to determine when John S. died and where he is
buried. Also looking for information on his son, Henry, and his daughter
Eliza.
