Do not have the names of Arthur M. Dilley's parents, but he married
Elizabeth McInturff d/o Elinor (or Ella Ann) Burk & Jacob McInturff on 26
Dec. 1835 in Preble Co., OH; they were married by Allen Holderman, J.P. If
I were you, I would start in Preble Co. for his parents.
