DeBolt, Deiters/Deters, Fisher all of these surnames are from ancestors who
came from Oh, many from Darke Co., OH. I am looking for any info that one
may have on Samuel and Mary Fisher. I have located a Samuel and Mary who
married 3/27/1821 in Drake Co., OH, not sure if it is my family, cannot
rule out. I am looking for any records that one may have, censuses, birth
records, tax records and so forth. I do not know how long they stayed in
OH. They moved to Jackson, Randolph Co., IN in the late 1830's and appear
in censuses from 1840-1870. In the late 1870's they relocated to Todd Co.,
MN where they both passed away; Samuel 1/1/1901, but Mary I cannot locate
any records.
I am looking for any info on the DeBolts, manyly George DeBolt Father
and Son. I know they were in Hmaiton Co, but they has also been talk of
Darke Co, so if you have any info please feel free to let me know.
Mary Deiters/Deters is a complete mystery to me before she
married. She was born in OH, but that is all that is known, I would love
to know her parents names and where she was born. She later married John M.
Sumey, and they had several children; William Henry, James, Curtis Morton,
Nora, Benjamin Franklin, John R and Cora Mabel. They resided in Adams Co.,
In during the 1860's not sure where prior, if anyone has any info that
would be lovely. In 1880 they relocated to Todd Co., MN and John died of
pneumonia shortly thereafter. Later Mary remarried Alvah Morgan until she
passed away 7/15/1917 in Todd Co., MN
