My name is Pat Jones and I am on several volunteer sites. These include
Darke Co OH.
I was at the Garst today and picked up some information for two people
requesting assistance.
One was for a family named RIPP.
I have obits for Helen Ripp dod 8 May 1994; Charles M. O Ripp dod 5 May
1928; Albert A. Ripp dod 28 Oct 1983; Kenneth D. Ripp dod18 Dec 1982
I will be going bk to copy the rest of the Ripp file for this person.
If there are others who are researching this please feel free to shout for
the info. I will also pass your e-mail addy to the researcher.
The other name I am currently working on is PENNY
These would be the descendants and other family of Elisha/Elizabeth (nee
Waymire) Penny. There is a good deal on this family at the Garst and there
are several people who have names as researchers of this line as well. I
pulled today the will of John Penny. He was the father of Elisha
Penny. This family is scattered from Mississiniwa to Troy. I know at the
time of Elisha's death he was just minutes from my house. I have not found
his dod or that of his wife Elizabeth as of yet. I hope to get that along
with the photos of their markers.
I will be getting markers at the Union City cemetery in OH later this wk
for at least the Ripp family.
If any of these names are familiar to anyone please shout and I will
connect you to the people I am doing research for.
Have a grand day. Please also know I do not stay on the Darke list since I
am not researching here. I do post information on the county sites I do
research in. This way a person may find something by accident that they
were hoping to find.
