I checked the History of Delaware County by OL Raskin publishers, published in
1880 and found three references to Weeks.

p. 606 "David Weeks entered the township (Harlem) in the latter part of 1807.
He was from Saratoga County New York, and located on land now occupied by
Shoaf, south from the present village of Galena. Weeks has been dead for a
number of years."

p. 611 "The state road connecting Columbus and Galena was surveyed by Barack
Weeks about1821 or 1822. "

The third mention is about a Phoebe Weeks who does not seem to be related.
