I recently found that James W. Morris (b.1820 NY-d.1881or1883 Howard
co.? Indiana) married Mary J.(jane)Young(b.1824Penn-dHoward co.Indiana) in
Delaware , Ohio 14 Nov 1840. I would like to know how to obtain a marriage
record,so I can identify who their parents might be. I am also curious how
these two met and married in Delaware, Ohio. They moved on to Illinois
where they had 2 children(1841-1842),then settled in Taylor Twp.,Howard Co.
Indiana where the had more children, owned a farm, and lived out their lives
. any help would be a godsend. Thank you, margaret a ruman
