Is anyone researching the surname MORTON or do you have any info for them?
I am researching Edmund M.MORTON b. abt 1815 (census says New York), d. 1866.
He married Roselind Wells 9/24/1844 in Bennington Twp, Delaware Co., OH. I
have four other men living nearby that I think are related. They are Darius
Morton, Levi Morton, Lewis Morton and Edwin Morton. I would like to find
out if and how they are related and if Edmund was born in New York I would
like to find out where.

Other surnames I am researching in Delaware Co.: Rider, Parks, Smiley, and
Bradford. Names I am researching in Bennington Twp, Morrow Co. when it was
part of Delaware Co.: Chambers, Wells, Davis, Sherman, Vining and Hunt.
