I'm resending this because it gave out an old e-mail address and if
anyone replies, I'd like to get an answer :-).

Do divorces in Delaware County go back as far as 1837? If they do, can anyone tell me who to write to? I have Sanford Ackerman divorcing Mariah (Marie) Davenport (or Devenport) in 1837. I have her subsequent marriage to Daniel Carr in 1840. However, Sanford is my gggrandfather and I'd like to get the divorce papers if possible. Thanks!
