I'm not sure, but I think that "A. C. Miller" was the initials and last name of the owner. The location of the business was on Morning Street, just west of the railroad on West Central Street. My "Streets and Trips" shows Morning Street to be just east of the railroad, but this was not correct. However, sometimes mapmakers make small errors on purpose in order to uncover anyone trying to copy their works.
