In the family momentos is a Marriage License and Marriage Certificate with
a seal from Erie County, Ohio. The license portion has the names William
Allen and Lelika Hand. The Marriage Certificate portion on the bottom has
William Allen and Lelica Hand. The Marriage Certificate is dated 28 November
1871. We have not been able to make any connection using just about every
resource we can find on the web. Any suggestions to aid us in this search
will be appreciated.
