Since I'm replying to an older posting, hopefully this isn't old news. I have Katherine Elisabeth’s father as J. Zaccharius Leimbach (Nov 1, 1801-Mar 1, 1879), and her mother as Elisabeth Snyder. They lived in Brownhelm, Ohio when they died. You probably know that Katherine and George are buried at Maple Grove Cemetery in Vermilion, Erie Cty, Ohio. George and Katherine had 9 children: Katherina Elisabeth b:1862, Johannes b:1864, Zacharius b:1866, Heinrich George b:1868, Sophia, Anna, Adam, Paul, and Regina Irene.
J. Zaccharius had 4 siblings – they were Caroline Catharine (married Peter Howe), Paulus (1815-1890 married Catharine Baecker) , Conrad (1811-1878 had 3 wives – Margaret Geigenheimer, Anna Pfaff, and Catherine ?), and Anna Christina (1818-1905 married Philip Minch). J. Zacharius’ parents were Christoph Conrad Leimbach (Dec 15, 1785-Jan 5, 1866) and Sophia Vollmer Mueller (May 12, 1788-Nov 25, 1878). Both are buried at N. Ridge Cemetery in Brownhelm, Ohio, as are much of the younger Conrad’s families with his 3 wives and several other Leimbachs. If there are other related families you're looking for, or would like more specific info on the Leimbach marriages, children, siblings, etc., please email me at . I have a rather huge interconnected database of families and notes relating mostly to the Lorain, Erie, and Huron County Ohio area families, mostly of German descent. Deb Bromley
