This is a very beautiful old library that faces the Erie County (Ohio)
courthouse.
Although I am a native of Sandusky, I currently live in Maryland. Depending
on the year of the obituaries, the local newspaper may have had a different
name. It has been the Sandusky Register for many years but has had other
names. Perhaps if you don't get another response, you could contact the
library through their website. The link above gets you to their new website.
