don't see a separate one for Virginia. Contact with either one might help
you to locate the right person.

What exactly is required to join? Are there any chapters in Virginia? I have
William Jarrett who was in the Ohio 55th Regiment, Co. C based in Norwalk.
His wife Jane, was also actively involved, but am not sure in what capacity.
