Not sure if this information will help you, but I located surname spelling Perkinson.

Obituary for Edward Thomas Perkinson, died 1 Feb 1938
Edward Thomas Perkinson, a life long resident of Kelleys Isalnd died at his home there at 8:05 o'clock Tuesday evening after an illness of six weeks. He was aged 64 years 8 months and 17 days. He was born on the island, the son of Michael and Sarah Ann Perkinson.

Surviving him are his widow,one son John at home; two daughters the Misses Helen of Cleveland and Margaret of Chillicothe; one brother James Perkinson, Lakewood; two sisters, Mrs Frank Smith Lakewood and Mrs George Hughes Sandusky together with many more distant relatives and friends. One son,two brothers an a sister preceded him in death.

Charles J Andres Sons are in charge of the funeral which will be held from the residence at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning with services in St Michael's Church at 10 o'clock with the Rev L F Walter officiating. Burial will be made in the Kelley Island cemetery. Mr Perkinson was a member of the Kelleys Island Maccabees and of the Sandusky Moose Lodge. He was employed by the Kelley Island Lime and Transport Co.

Funeral services were held from the residence on Kelleys Isalnd and in St Michael's Church at 10 o'clock this morning for E T Perkinson. The rites were largely attended. Burial was made in the Island Cemetery, the Rev L F Walter read the mass.

Honory pallbearers were Fred Baumler, George Knauer, A Erney, Henry Marsky, John Hughes, Dick Brennan, Thomas May and Phillip Rosswurm.

Active pallbearers were E Shaw, Lloyd Marsky, Walter Brown, Charles Martin, John Semonition and Theodore Lang.
