Hi Frank,

I find the places mentioned in your query very interesting. Some of my
Hite family moved from Fairfield County to Marion County, Illinois on to
Cowley County, Kansas and then to your town of Newkirk, OK.

You can trace his ancestors back to Fairfield County.
