Hi all,

I am trying to find out information on John Henry Snyder and Marrietta
Williams. John was born May 22, 1860 in Logan, Ohio and moved to Fairfield
with his parents. His death cert. does not indicate whether he was born in
Logan, Hocking Co. or Logan Co. I assume Logan, Hocking because the death
cert says Logan, Ohio. Later he married Marrietta Williams who lived in
Fairfield with her parents. They married in Dec 1881. Children born to him:
Daniel- b. July 1883, Leotia- Oct 1884, Herman E. -July 1886, Fred L. -Sept
1888, Hariott A.- Nov 1890, Hattie -1894, Goldie -1899, Carl Arthur- Mar
1901. I believe Goldie and Carl were born in Marion Co. Ohio, that is where
they later moved. Carl is buried in Marion County.

Marrietta was married prior to John Snyder to William Stevenson/Stevens.
She had a child with him named Amanda E. -April 1879. Amanda went on to
marry W. W. Stearns and died Nov 1918 in Columbus, Ohio from falling from a
bridge and fracturing her skull (according to death cert.), she is buried
in Greenlawn Cemetery, Columbus, Franklin Co., OH. Can anyone help me with
this family of Snyder's? Any info would be of help.
