Dear List,

My grandfather worked at the B.I.S. between 1908 and 1920. For a while he and my grandmother lived near there on Route 9. I have found a couple of photos in my grandmother's album of a rural setting entitled "Glen Elm." I also found a kind of business card of my grandfather's advertising "fresh eggs" that also says Glen Elm. I am assuming that was the area in which they lived.

I checked both of the Goslin books as well as Herb Turner's but could find no reference to Glen Elm. Does anyone know about this place?
