If you want one you can physically hold, try going to this site: http://www.visitfairfieldcountyoh.org/orderguide.html to order a free map. I did a couple years ago and on the flip side was a map of the townships.

I know the Fairfield County GenWeb (or Genealogy) website has one, and I have one on my website but it's not necessarily to scale... it gives you an idea of what townships bank each other. http://www.foorgenealogy.com/fcomap.html Once there, if you click to go to the site's main page, there's some other map links there that may help you somewhat.
