I picked up this little bit of information from an online index:

Licking County Marriages:
Mary Ida Jane GOINS married Levi Valentine 19 Novmber, 1884
Hernando G.GOINS married Jessedora LOVE 13 November, 1887

Mary and Hernando GOINS are the children of Riley and Clarrisa GOINS who are in the 1880 Census for Licking County, Ohio. Perhaps the surname appears as GOENS, GOINGS, GOWEN or GOWANS

I am in need of any more or other information in the Censuses, Death, or Birth records for these individuals.
