My Atlas does show a Shelby County and a town of Shelby in Ohio. I-75 runs
through Shelby County.. It appears to join Logan County. Largest town is
Sidney, Ohio.
The town of Shelby looks to be near Crestline, Ohio, and on St. Rt. 96, near
West Liberty.
