If you call the library they could put you in contact with someone from the Genealogy Society who have the books that are available for sale.

I myself learned about this when my dad got me some of the Fayette County books for Christmas one year, I had to find out where he could purchase them and the lady was kind enough to meet him at the Library with the books.
