I would suggest contacting the Fayette County Genealogical Society. There is a member that also works at the Archives in Washington CH that is a Straley/Garringer that has done some heavy research on this line that could probably help you out.

On second thought, write a letter to the Archives Attn: Caroline Shaper and that should be more effective.
