I'm trying located information on two children place in the Franklin Children home in Ohio. Lida WHALEY or WANGLER born March 15, 1894 in Jackson county also her brothert Arthur WHALEY born c. 1892. It seemed Lida Mae WHALEY ended up in a reformatory for girls at a young age. and later on she was in Mrysville prison for women. Were would I write find any information on Lida Mae WHALEY or WANGLES/ her parent was Emily NUNNEMAKER WHALEY and James WANGLES. Emily & James never married
