This is my branch also
John Schoonover from Walpack NJ went to Madison Township, Franklin County Ohio sometime before marring Sarah (Sally) Mallahan in 1812. I can't connect her up anwhere as the Mallahans I find didn't come over till 1848 anyhow John and his brother Henry dide in the cholera epidemic of 1833 and John and Sarah had :
John 1817
Sylvestor 1819
Abraham 1821
and William 1824 then there was a Mary Cherokee (don't know if that was her name or she was one) who he married or just had children with
Margaret 1828
Hirum Floryan 1830 and
Angeline 1833
another child, my ggrandpa
Charles Washington Schoonover was born 1827 so I am not sure who his mother was
they then went thru Illinois and ened up in North Dakota but if you have any further info let me know
