Hi Listers,
Just a note of clarification on the pre 1850 records. There are no birth
or death records available for Fulton County in either Fulton or Lucas
county. They were not kept in the state until 1867.
Records in the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas survived from 1850 to
present.
Wills, guardianships, marriages, etc, in Probate Court did not survive
the fire of 1864. The only ones that would be on file in Wauseon, would
be those refiled from the 1850-1864 time frame.
Records pre-1850 are located, mostly, in Lucas County, OH.
Marriage records have been published for the county and are available
from the Fulton Chapter, OGS, PO Box 337, Swanton, OH, 43558-0337.
