Moses RUSSELL, Cheshire Township, Gallia County, Ohio
Charles RUSSELL, Springfield Township, Gallia County, Ohio

According to information from the National Society of the Sons of the
American Revolution, Moses Russell and Charles Russell were both
soldiers from Virginia who fought in the Revolutionary War. Moses
married Ester Nolan. He died in 1825 at the age of 69, and is buried in
Russell Cemetery, Gallia County, Ohio.

Charles Russell married Elizabeth Nolan. He died in 1839 at the age of
80, and is buried in Glassburn Cemetery, Springfield Township, Gallia
County, Ohio.

I would appreciate being contacted by anyone who can give me directions
to find either or both of these cemeteries.

Moses and Charles appear to be brothers. I am researching this family
in order to determine if either Moses or Charles had a brother named
Benjamin. I have a Benjamin Russell who is my great great great
grandfather.
