Former Superintendent, Joseph Stephenson Dead.

Joseph Stephenson, formerly assistant superintendent of the Prudential Life
Insurance company at this place, died Tuesday, March 30th at his home in
Newark, of pneumonia. He had been ill just one week. He leaves a wife and
four children, the youngest a baby. Burial took place Friday in Gallipolis.
