Co, OH. Martha Cooper was the d/o Richard & Elizabeth Emily (Rupe) Cooper.

I find a marriages for Benjamin F Rife m: Helen L Reed 11/25/1878
I find a marriages for Benjamin F Rife m: Setta E Blake 10/13/1883

Am hoping someone can tell me if this is the same Benjamin Franklin Rife?

I am trying to establish a death date for Martha Cooper? I am thinking she
may have died when their daughter Effie was born, or soon after?
