Clerk of Courts Journal:
Oct 22, 1846 - George Chapman and David White vs. George Prior and Lucinda
his wife and other heirs of Elizabeth Garlic deceased
April 3, 1847 - petition continued; Chapman & White lost suit

also :
May 19, 1848 - Elizabeth Garlic's admin vs. Lewis Garlic
