Dryden Reno, a much respected resident, died at his home here Saturday evening, April 8 with tuberculosis, aged 39 years and 7 months. Funeral services were held at the M. E. Church, Rev. G. C. Giffin officiating. L. D. Turner sang two beautiful hymns. The Odd Fellows took charge. Mr. Reno leaves a wife, Mrs. Mamie Reno and one son, Kenneth. Much sympathy is felt for the bereaved family.

One of the largest Aid societies in years of both churches was given in the town hall here last Thursday. Proceeds were given Mrs. Mamie Reno and family. $55.50 was realized.
