I object to the way it is worded. It should be clear what is being voted on and the wording should
not be biased.

But, to get this over without further argument, but to be clear what my vote is:

I am voting NO to sustain the decision of the chair which decision was to not allow discussion to be
ended properly. Chair's decision is here:

This does not mean that I would necessarily want to continue discussion on the motion to form a
committee, just don't understand why we can't follow the rules we have in place!!!
