THE LAMB FAMILY REUNION

Last Saturday, July 22, 1894, the members of the LAMB family, gathered
in James LAMB'S grove 2 1/2 miles North East of Zimmerman, and held their
2nd annual reunion.
The crowd was not very large on account of the unfavorable weather. A
large table was prepared for the occasion which was covered with an
abundance of good things to eat. They had a genial good time talking over
old times, and renewing the ties of friendship.
Those present were Ezra HEFFINER and family, of Brandt, O., Alice
UNDERWOOD and family of Dayton, Miss Emma HEFFINER of Tadmore, Ohio, Mrs.
Kate GLASSER and family. and Mr. BITSON and wife of Smith, Ohio, Mrs.
John COSLER and daughter, of near Alpha, Scott LAMB and family of Troy,
O., John ANKENEY, wife, and daughter of Zimmerman, G.H. LAMB and two
daughters, and Bert WATSON, of Bellbrook.
Those present were glad to see the much needed rain, but was sorry to
see their reunion came on a rainy day, which prevented a large number
from being present, but those present, report a very pleasant time.
