I don't have anything on your Joseph DAVIS. But I do have a ROSE family in
Guernsey Co in this time frame. Washington ROSE was one of at least three
brothers who came to Guernsey county around 1800. He had two daughters whom
I have not yet identified. One born bet 1800 and 1805, and one born between
1810 and 1819. If you find anything more on Elizabeth, I would love to know
about it.
