1792-- Aaron Dilley of Washington Co. PA and Samuel Dunham of Berkeley on
Back Creek, part of a tract granted 1776 to Robert Crossley and by him
conveyed to Ebenezer Heaton and to Jonah Heaton and by said Jonah to the
said Aaron Dilley by deed of Lease and Release May 1785.
1802 Berkeley Co. Will of Martha Fletcher w/ sons Jacob Flethcher, Thomas
Fletcher, William Fletcher, Azel Fletcher and daus. Mary Fletcher, Elizabeth
Fletcher dec¹d, Grandaus: Martha Dilly d/o Aaron Dilly, Exors John Gray,
Francis Jackson, John Parks. Aaron Dilley was b. 28 Aug 1721, married
Hannah Perry and had an Ephriam Dilley b. 6 Nov. 1755 in Sussex Co., NJ,
married 1780 Lucy Uiss Ayres. Ephriam and Lucy had Abraham Dilley b. 1785 in
NJ married 1808 Jane McCreary and died in Senacaville, Guernsey co. OH.
