Looking for information on James ARNOLD born 1829 in Ohio. He was married to
Matilda SHIPLEY who was born 1839 in Fairview, Guernsey County, Ohio the
daughter of George B. BIRD/BYRD. James mother's name might have been
Narcilla. I know he had a son George Albert ARNOLD who was my great
grandfather, but do not know if George Albert had any siblings. I do not
know the name of James father. George Albert was married to Lydia Jane
ROBINSON born in Belmont County, Ohio on June 8, 1852 the daughter of George
W. ROBINSON who was born May 15, 1815 in Allegheny County, New York and
Elizabeth JOHNSON who was born Sept. 28, 1824 in Belmont County, Ohio. Any
information on the ARNOLD, SHIPLEY, BIRD/BYRD, ROBINSON and JOHNSON families
would be greatly appreciated.
