Listers,
Anybody ever hear of a place called Doughty Hollow in Guernsey? It was
supposed to be named after an Indian Chief named Doughty. There is a
Doughty Hollow near Kentuck, WV and possibly someone from that area
moved to Guernsey and named a place after it. I'm trying to help out
another researcher with ties to Monroe Township, Muskingum Co. From what
she was led to believe, Doughty might be just across the county line
from Monroe in Guernsey Co.
