I have found some new information on my DeVault line. Joseph Little DeVault was born in Guernsey Cty on March 2, 1845, m. Mary Elizabeth Miller, b. in MO on 12/27/1847. His death certificate lists his parents as William DeVault and Bathsheba Little b. about 1820, d. about 1857. They are buried here in Knox County.

Joseph had a brother William, married to a Diana Babcock, who died when she was 21. He also had sisters, Mary, died at age 3, Nancy, married a Uriah Higgins, and Sarah, married a Samuel Kemmer. I have some birth, marriage and death dates, some descendants and where buried for some of these.

Do you have any information about William that married Bathsheba?
