Patricia A. Hanson 1930-2001
CANTON — Patricia A. Hanson, 71, of Canton, died Sunday (Nov. 11, 2001) at Aultman Hospital, following an extended illness. She was born Feb. 10, 1930, in Noble County, daughter of the late Howard and Freda Sanford. Mrs. Hanson was a member of Market Heights United Methodist Church, where she belonged to the choir. She was active with the American Cancer Society and enjoyed bowling. She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister. She leaves her husband of 54 years, Lawrence Hanson of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Candy) Stinchcomb, Melissa Hanson and Beth Hanson, all of Canton, and Mrs. Greg (Laurie) Oyler of Massillon; a son, Bill (Sandy) Hanson of Massillon; five grandchildren, Shannon, Sarah, William C., Amanda and Angie; two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Bird of Caldwell; and a brother, Larry Sanford of Dexter City. Friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Reed Funeral Home, Canton, and from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at McVay-Perkins Fu!
