I have been sent a virus and probably have sent it to you even if I haven't
sent you an e-mail recently, because you are in my address book.

This virus evidently cannot be detected by Norton or McAfee (I have the
latter). It sits for 14 days before damaging your system. It is sent
without an attachment to all the names in your address book.

What to do:

1. Copy this E-Mail.
2. Go to find or search option.
3. In the file folder option, type the name jdbgmgr.exe
4. Search your C drive and all subfolders.
5. Click find now.
6. If you have the virus, it has a teddy bear icon with the name
jdbgmgr.exe. DO NOT OPEN IT.
7. Go to edit (on the menu bar) and choose select all to highlight the file.
8. Now go to file (on the menu bar) and select delete. It will then go to
the recycle bin.
9. If you find the virus, contact everyone in your address book so they can
eradicate it.

My suggestion is that you repeat this in a week to see if it has been sent
back to you.
