The only one I'm unsure about is Millwood Twp., which isn't on the 1820 census but is on the 1830 census. If anyone knows for sure when it was formed, please drop me a note.
What remains unresearched is the original extent of some of these townships that were later divided up.

Let me know what they are and I'll take a whack at them. I suspect that "old" really means more than ten years old, as surveying techniques haven't changed that much since they were originally developed centuries ago (now there are laser devices that make life a whole lot easier for surveyors!).
