Mary E. Podget, wife of Henry Podget, died at Birmington, Guernest county on January 24th 1882, aged 28 years, 8 months, 24 days

She embraced religion at the early age of 15 and lived a consistent Christian life. Although her sufferings were intense and lingering, she was never known to murmer.

She leaves a husband, two children, a father, two brothers and three sisters to mourn her loss.

She has gone to live with the angles. God bless the friends. Funeral service conducted by Rev. J. J. Gorgy and assisted by Rev. Lowther of the M. P. Church.

Her remains were taken to Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
