This doesn't answer your question of records, but I was just in Cambridge.
It truly used to sit on a beautiful high hill. It has been torn down and land
is used by the dept. of health for Guernsey Co. It was a big three story
building of brick. Now on the kids are in group homes.
Have you check with Chamber of Commerce or the county library in their
genealogy dept.?
