I have a power of attorney from my ggrandfather A.Wilbert Smith granting
his father, Frank M. Smith, the right to sell his property to the Valley
View Country Club. The description of the property is as follows:
The pasture lot with a frontage of two hundred fifty (250) feet, more or
less on the south side of the Miamitown and Cleves Pike about 1/2 way
between Cleves and Miamitown, including all the property lying between
the pike and the Great Miami River...
Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Where would this be on the map? I have one of that area and am curious as
to where my gggrandfather lived.
