John McKinzie (McKenzie, MacKenzie, McKinsy ) may have been from
Lockland since all his children were born there. John b. abt 1810, moved
to Urbana,Champaign Co., Illinois prior to 1860 as did his children.
Spouse of John was Eliza Jane ? Children of John and Eliza Jane ? were:
Amanda, Jacob, Thomas W., Elias Marion, James H., and Samuel. Amanda
marraied Presley Glascock, Jacob married Francis E., Thomas W. married
Martha L.M. Beasley, Elias Marion married (1) Mary Ann Hillyer on May 4,
1857 in Hamilton Co. (e) Emmarilla Angelina "Emma" Elliot, James married
Margaret F. Bartley, Samuel's spouse is unknown.In the 1860 Census for
Champaign Co., IL John is listed as age 50.John and his sons were in the
building trades.

Any information on this family is appreciated. Who were John's parents ?
WQere there McKinzies in Cincinnati or Locland prior to 1860 and could
