Where you find naturalization records depends somewhat on the date.
Around 1850 or so a person went to a court and it could be ANY court and
made a declaration of intent to become a citizen. Then they went back
usually in 3 to 5 years and got naturalized. Since the Hamilton Co
court house burned in the 1880's, all these records would have been
lost. Later I think you can get them from some federal office, but I
don't remember which. All my ancestors were here by 1860. Check THE
SOURCE, it is a book most library have.
