Christ Eggensperger born in Bavaria, came to US 1854 (?) married in 1858
(?) Catherine Lauer born in Prussia, came to Us 1856 (?). Had children:
Joseph, Catherine, Louisa, Adam, Douglas, Margarette, Mary, Frank and
Martin. Adam, my maternal grandfather, m/Mary Margarette McCarty. Their
children were, Ethel, Floretta, Raymond, Elmer, Irene (she died age
3yrs.). At one time in Cincinnati the Eggenspergers owned "E Brothers
Coal & Ice" . Mary m/George Ben Unkraut. Had adopted (?) daughter Nellie
m/Leggette, m/Miller. Nellie had 3 daughters Lorraine, Elva Jean and
Patty (?).
Floretta, my mother m/william F. Wenker 2/24/1915. Their children : Wm.
F.. 2/10/1916-6/15/1927, Elmer H. 9/07/1918-11/14/1983, Mary L. 1933,
Charles R. 1935.
My father William F. Wenker's parents were Friedrich William,
b/1/14/1853 Bremen, Ger. m/Mary Louisa (Schuster, Schoster or Schoister)
b/1/04/1865. I understood she came from Hamburg, Ger. (?).
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
